Energeo has added new functionality to it’s Software-as-a-Service platform, LOCATE, specifically aimed at helping EV infrastructure stakeholders create equitable and effective chargepoint deployment strategies. This includes data filtering to rapidly identify properties across an entire geographic region suitable for specific types of charging solutions, with results exportable as a CSV for easy analysis and integration with other intelligence.

Additionally, users can now export individual property reports that outline driveway availability, local footway widths, suitable charging technologies, barriers to deployment, and includes both traditional and street level mapping for further contextualisation.

“We’re delighted at the new functionalities being added to LOCATE, and the fantastic feedback we’re already receiving from our users” comments Ian Dee, Energeo CEO. “These capabilities were added after consultation with current and potential LOCATE clients, and specifically address requirements to rapidly answer key questions asked by potential EV infrastructure funders, and to minimise the need for field surveys and reduce costs associated with in-situ intelligence gathering”.
