Energeo's Ian Dee will be presenting at the Electric Vehicle Association Scotland (EVAS) Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Musselburgh on 28th March 2020, talking about how satellite intelligence can form a critical evidence base on which to build EV infrastructure strategies. EVAS represent the interests of EV users in Scotland, promoting switching amongst non-EV users and working across industry, politics and media to accelerate the phasing out of internal combustion engine vehicles. The AGM is being held in partnership with East Lothian Council, with whom Energeo are currently collaborating to deliver satellite derived intelligence to support their residential on street chargepoint roll out.
"I'm really looking forward to sharing the work Energeo have been undertaking in the EV space with Scotland's EV community" commented Ian Dee, CEO of Energeo Ltd. "In addition, this is a fantastic opportunity to meet users and stakeholders from across Scotland, and hear first hand the challenges and issues being faced in widespread transition to EV, but to also hear about the success stories - of which there are many in Scotland. With the event being in East Lothian, I'll also be able to showcase data for the local area, including around the venue itself, which was created as part of our recent work with local authority, who are rightly considered an exemplar for their approach to EV infrastructure roll-out".
